Here is what your role will involve:

• Presenting a focused, hybrid-led range including the HR-V, ZR-V, CR-V, Civic, Accord and the relaunching Prelude, with an all-new electric model arriving later this year, so there is always something compelling to talk about
• Guiding customers through a considered purchase journey, from online enquiry through to delivery, in a way that reflects Honda's straightforward, customer-first approach
• Explaining hybrid technology and real-world running costs clearly and credibly, turning product knowledge into genuine customer confidence
• Managing your own pipeline through disciplined digital and phone follow-up, because most Honda buyers begin their journey online before they ever visit the dealership
• Working alongside finance and service colleagues so each customer receives a complete, connected experience from start to finish

About You

The right person for this role is someone who leads with product knowledge and genuine curiosity rather than pressure, because Honda buyers respond to consultants who take the time to understand what they actually need.

• Experience in automotive or considered-purchase retail means you already understand how to guide someone through a significant buying decision
• Comfortable explaining hybrid technology and ownership costs in plain language, without relying on jargon
• Your follow-up discipline is strong, whether by phone, email or SMS, because you know most deals are won between visits, not during them
• Patient with longer consideration cycles and buyers who take their time, seeing that process as an opportunity to build trust rather than a barrier to close
• A current NSW driver's licence lets you put customers behind the wheel with confidence
• CRM accuracy and organised record-keeping come naturally to you, keeping your pipeline healthy and your opportunities visible
