Senior Test Analyst – Point of Sale (POS)Melbourne | Hybrid
CloudMarc is partnering with a major retail client to engage a Senior Test Analyst with strong Point of Sale (POS) experience. This role is critical to ensuring end-to-end quality across retail store systems, POS integrations, and connected digital channels.This is a hands-on testing role working closely with Product Owners, SMEs, vendors, and engineering teams within a fast-paced retail environment.
What you’ll be doingLeading end-to-end testing across POS, retail store systems, and integrationsDesigning and executing detailed test cases, scenarios, and regression suitesWorking closely with business and technical teams to validate store workflowsIdentifying, logging, and tracking defects through to closureExecuting integration, functional, and UAT cycles across multiple platformsProviding clear, structured test reporting and stakeholder updatesSupporting readiness for production deployments and post-release validation
What we’re looking forMandatory POS testing experience (retail store systems, POS terminals, payments, pricing, promotions, loyalty, receipts, scanning, etc.)Strong hands-on experience across SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end test phasesExperience working in large-scale retail environments Strong defect management skills (JIRA or similar)Ability to work across business and technical SMEs to drive test clarityExcellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilityMust be able to work onsite in Melbourne
