About the Facility

Roshana Waterview Aged Care is a 90‑bed, resident‑focused home with attractive outlooks, light‑filled communal areas and spaces designed to encourage interaction between residents, families and staff. The care team works collaboratively, with strong clinical support and a positive culture that recognises and supports staff to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

We are looking for Business Support Officer to join our aged care team at Roshana Waterview Aged Care, in a Full Time capacity.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Support Officer to join our aged care team. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will provide essential administrative and rostering support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the management team
• Assist with staff rostering, shift coverage, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Maintain accurate employee records, rosters, and workforce documentation
• Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new staff
• Respond to general enquiries from staff, residents, and external stakeholders
• Support compliance and reporting requirements as needed
• Contribute to maintaining efficient office and facility operations

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in an administrative or rostering support role (preferably in aged care or healthcare)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and rostering/software platforms (desirable)
• A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
