Hiring for a Full Time Chef Role @ Tatra Receptions Mount Dandenong

We are seeking an experienced Chef for a full time role at Tatra Receptions, a leading wedding venue located in Mount Dandenong.

The role involves a mix of mid-week day time prep shifts and weekend & evening shifts completing food service for our weddings.

The role includes:

• Preparation for food service at our weddings

• Food service for our weddings - ensuring all dishes are tasty & well presented

• Working efficiently, maintaining a clean & tidy workspace

• Working together with our friendly team of chefs, kitchen hands & dish hands

The role provides excellent work life balance, as our chefs finish after dessert service & our kitchen hands complete our kitchen close out routine.

We provide extensive on the job training on preparing and presenting our menu and we have a friendly kitchen team to work with.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience as a chef at a wedding venue, restaurant, events or similar.
