We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the continued success of our dynamic venue.

The Opportunity

As the Senior Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth operations, and an outstanding guest experience. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and contribute to a culture where excellence, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the presentation, atmosphere, and overall guest experience across all services and events.

• Manage all shift operations, including venue setup, service delivery, and close-down procedures.

• Lead and support frontline teams to deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.

• Prepare and complete daily operational reports, including day and night shift reporting.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Support recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.

• Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership role within a large, multifaceted hospitality venue.
