Personal Support Worker (PCW) Required – Richmond Valley (Evans Head & Woodburn)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home care and support to two clients located in the Richmond Valley area.

This opportunity is ideal for a support worker looking for consistent, ongoing hours while supporting clients to remain independent and connected within their community.

About the role:

• Supporting two clients located in Evans Head and Woodburn
• Providing personal care and social support
• Assisting clients to maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life
• Building positive relationships and providing person-centred care
• Total of approximately 12 hours per week
• Services scheduled on:
• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday
• Includes both morning and afternoon shifts

About you:
We are looking for someone who is:

• A qualified and experienced Support Worker
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care
• Confident providing personal care and community/social support
• Professional, respectful, and able to build strong client relationships
• Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or equivalent)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Police Check
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle
• Right to work in Australia
