About the Role:

As a Sign Department Team Member, you’ll be involved in all aspects of signage production, fabrication, and installation. You’ll work on a variety of projects, ensuring that every sign we create meets our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that suits someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble commercial and retail signage

• Install vinyl graphics, vehicle signage, window & wall graphics

• Operate hand and power tools for sign fabrication

• Assist with the installation of signage on-site

• Ensure all signage is produced to the highest quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Work collaboratively within the team to meet project deadlines

Skills & Experience:

✅ A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✅ Experience in sign-making, fabrication, welding, or electrical work is advantageous but not essential
✅ Willingness to learn and develop new skills
✅ A valid driver’s license is required
