  We are seeking an experienced and reliable Hairdresser to join our talented team in Camberwell, VIC. This is a full time role for 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment where you can showcase your hairstyling expertise.   Benefits

Opportunities for professional development, and ongoing training/courses to support your career A collaborative and friendly team environment where your contributions are valued and encouraged Full-time Role Fantastic work-life balance Task & responsibilities Delivering high-quality haircuts and colour treatments, and styling services to clients Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on the best hair care solutions for their needs Delivering a wide range of hair care services including shampooing, conditioning, cutting, colouring , highlighting, balayage, straightening , perm, hair treatments, keratin treatment ,styling hair and hair setting.

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Maintaining a clean and organised work station, ensuring compliance with salon policies and procedures by sanitizing tools and equipment after each use. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through excellent customer service and technical skills Attract and Retain clients via re-bookings   Qualification & experience A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Hairdresser, with a strong understanding of the latest hair trends and techniques Expertise in colour, cutting, chemical treatments and styling with a passion for all things hair. Strong skills and confidence in blonding and balayage services.

A confident, motivated individual with a strong work ethic and leadership potential. Positive, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to our dynamic culture. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised hair care solutions Reliability, motivated and focused  Proficiency in using a range of hair styling tools and products A minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification required Outstanding communication skills – listening to, understanding and acknowledging the client’s needs.
