About the role
As we continue to expand our AI capability across the firm, we're seeking an AI Operations Analyst to join us in a newly established position within the Innovation Group. Working at the forefront of the firm's AI strategy, you'll help develop, support, optimise and scale data solutions across Harvey, Microsoft Copilot, Mallesons Chat and our agentic AI technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data and analytics professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with problem solving, operational improvement and emerging technology.
The role spans both development and analysis - you'll be responsible for building and maintaining reporting solutions, analytics dashboards and automated data pipelines that provide insights into AI usage, adoption, performance and business outcomes across the firm.
You'll work closely with Innovation, Technology and business stakeholders to help drive data-informed decision making, support governance requirements and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our AI operations capability.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to AI observability, monitoring frameworks, data stewardship and operational processes that improve the effectiveness, governance and scalability of AI-enabled solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers hybrid working and has the flexibility to be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
