The Job ItselfThis senior-level position blends hands-on fabrication work with technical oversight - covering everything from commercial builds to residential steel projects. Day-to-day, you'll:Carry out advanced welding and fabrication tasks using industry-standard equipmentTranslate engineering specs and drawings into precise, workable outputSet up and prepare materials ahead of fabrication runsCut, form, and assemble metal parts to exacting tolerancesDeliver welds that pass code compliance and quality checks every timeKeep dimensional accuracy tight across all stages of productionBring fresh techniques and up-to-date industry knowledge into the workshopSupport a safe, cooperative team culture, guiding less experienced tradespeople where needed
