We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Store Attendants to join our Malvern, Boronia and Patterson Lakes stores. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role As a Casual Store Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience for every customer. From helping customers find the right product to keeping the store looking its best, no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases
• Processing sales through the point-of-sale system
• Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
• Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily store goals
• Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures

About You
You'll be someone who:

• Enjoys providing outstanding customer service
• Is reliable, motivated and eager to learn
• Thrives in a busy retail environment
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
