Multi Site Restaurant Manager

We are calling out for an experienced Multi Site Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the venue operations across 3 locations. We are looking for an individual who is hungry for career progression and will be able to successfully grow with the business as we undertake an expansion plan.

ABOUT YOU:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years experience in management within the restaurant/cafe/hospitality industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and the ability to build valuable relationships effortlessly is imperative.

• Ability to manage inventory and allocate responsibilities and resources
• Excellent presentation, communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently
• Experience with all aspects of staff rostering and management

• Positive and energetic attitude with the ability and experience to engage, lead and motivate a large team
• Proactive with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work a roster which includes nights and weekends
• Ability to understand and speak excellent english
• Have all necessary working rights (open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a hands on Multi Site Manager who leads by example and has the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

This role involves the responsibility for over-seeing the management of all restaurant operations including but not limited to service, staffing and recruitment, food, stock management, reporting and financial systems. You will be responsible for over-seeing the building of customer and team rapport and for delivering an exceptional guest experience alongside experienced Head Grill Cooks, Front of House Supervisors and Back of House Supervisors.

You will have the ability to over-see the coordination and optimize front- and back-of-house restaurant operations across all locations, train and develop your team of Supervisors and drive a culture of providing highest quality food and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
