Customer Service Representative

Beijer Ref Australia is a leading HVACR wholesaler, we support our customers with their air-conditioning, commercial and industrial refrigeration needs.

About your new role?

Based in Adelaide, this role offers plenty of variety for a candidate who loves connecting with trade-based customers and working in a close-knit team. This opportunity is a full time, Monday to Friday role with a global leader in the HVACR industry, offering stability, training and support as you grow your career.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships 

• Internal sales procedures and counter service 

• Providing technical product information (training will be provided)

• Processing, picking, and packing of goods for dispatch to customers

• Inwards and outwards goods receipting

• Assisting in the management of stock integrity

• General warehousing duties as required

• Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

What will make you successful?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Ability to build relationships with customers

• An ability to learn and retain technical information

• Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure a superior customer experience

• A drivers licence and a current forklift license or the willingness to undertake this (company funded)

• Previous experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration or Industrial sectors would be highly regarded

• A willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and background checks
