About the Role

This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist compliance requirements

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents

• Assist with month-end reporting and general finance tasks

• Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments when required

Requirements

• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or similar

• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
