The Trustee for AS Unit Trust Full-Time Chef Required Toco Fresh is seeking a full-time Chef to join their dynamic team at 83 Majors Bay Road, Concord, NSW, 2137. TOCO Fresh is a contemporary café offering premium coffee and a diverse all-day breakfast and lunch menu. Benefits Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to:  Checking freshness of food and ingredients. Assisting executive chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations and a commitment to delivering high quality food and service to the client. Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.

Developing recipes and determining how to present food-Planning menus and ensuring uniform serving sizes and quality of meals. Inspecting supplies, equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality. Hiring, training and supervising cooks and other food preparation workers.

Ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies. Monitoring sanitization practices and following kitchen safety standards. Determining how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.

Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment for staff. Qualification & experience Skills Required: Professionally Qualified Passionate about creating amazing food Driven and Hard Working Able to work as part of a team and to strict deadlines Knowledgeable of food safety and hygiene practices Self-motivated, looking to grow their career Experience Required: Minimum one year of relevant experience working as a Chef.
