As the initial point of contact and the ongoing face of our practice, you, as our Front Office Team Member, will have the chance to shape the patients' journey. Your confident, friendly demeanor will set the tone, creating a welcoming atmosphere and instilling trust. In your role, you will:

In 2016, our story began with the establishment of Prospect Family Dental and a team of 2 staff. The year 2020 marked the introduction of Innova Dental to Tasmania's landscape. Over the course of 8 transformative years, we've ascended to become Launceston's premier dental practice, earning widespread esteem and admiration. Today, we proudly stand as the largest dental practice in Launceston, boasting a team of 50. Our story continues to unfold with each passing day, driven by our enduring commitment to growth and expansion.
We seek an individual who embodies the spirit of our vision, someone poised to enrich and embody it further. While prior experience as a dental practice receptionist is advantageous, we prioritize your distinctive communication approach and 'can-do' mindset above all else. Your capacity to connect with both patients and team members, fueled by genuine passion and unwavering dedication, will be the hallmark of your success in this role.
