Housekeeping Supervisor | Private Wellness Club

We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every corner of the club looks and feels exceptional.

• Lead and support the Housekeeping team on shift

• Allocate daily tasks and keep the team moving

• Maintain exceptional presentation across change rooms, wellness spaces and member areas

• Conduct regular quality checks and address issues quickly

• Manage linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping stock

• Train and coach the team on cleaning, presentation and service standards

• Ensure hygiene, cleaning and WHS procedures are consistently followed

• Be hands-on. You'll lead from the floor, not the sidelines.

• Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Leader or senior housekeeping experience

• Background in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, spas or premium wellness

• Strong leadership and an obsessive eye for detail

• Excellent organisation and time management

• High standards of presentation, hygiene and member service

• A proactive attitude and genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces
