We’re a well-established, Townsville-based electrical and appliance service company looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician ready to step into a secure, full-time role with flexibility, support, and genuine growth opportunities. 🔧 About the Role

You’ll be out on the road, diagnosing and repairing household appliances, replacing / installing new appliances and cleaning air conditioners in customer homes. You’ll work across a range of domestic appliance repairs and refrigeration work, with manufacturer training and support from an experienced local team

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances

• Refrigeration and appliance service work

• Warranty and non-warranty repairs

• Diagnosing faults and providing clear repair recommendations

• Delivering and installing new units at customer sites

• Preparing and managing parts for your daily schedule

• Completing accurate job notes and reports

• Providing friendly, professional customer service on every call

• Working independently across the Townsville Region

✅ What You’ll Need

• Minimum: Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect) or Electrical Licence

• 1–2+ years' experience in appliance repair, refrigeration or the electrical trade

• Experience with domestic appliance repairs and refrigeration

• A current Australian driver's licence

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability

• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your jobs

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A reliable, motivated, and friendly attitude
