Depot Manager

This is more than just managing a depot.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Depot Manager to lead our Adelaide operation, ensuring it runs safely, efficiently, and delivers outstanding service every day. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional safety standards, and ensuring our customers receive the first-class service they're known to expect from TITAN Containers.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the Operation

• Oversee the day-to-day running of our Adelaide depot.

• Support container deliveries, collections, storage, and equipment movements.

• Manage daily operational priorities to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

• Monitor depot performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes.

• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.

Leading Your Team

• Lead, coach, and support depot staff and onsite contractors.

• Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused working culture.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.

• Encourage teamwork, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Driving Safety & Compliance

• Champion Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) across the depot.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

• Maintain site security and safe working practices.

• Oversee container condition, maintenance schedules, and asset tracking.

Delivering Outstanding Customer Service

• Be a point of contact for customers visiting the depot.

• Support container inspections, and operational aspects of customer enquiries.

• Work closely with our Sales team to support customer opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Build strong relationships with transport providers, suppliers, and contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

About You

You're an organised, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys taking ownership.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience managing a depot, logistics, transport, warehousing, or container operation.

• Proven experience leading and developing operational teams.

• A current Forklift Licence (essential).

• A strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.

• Experience coordinating operational workflows, equipment, and inventory.

• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support your team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good computer and systems knowledge.

• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
