We have fully systemised department using checklists and standard letters allowing for you to fulfil the role efficiently and easily. We use all the latest technology to underpin everything we do in our Property Management business. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting inspections such as leasing, entry & exit condition reports, and routine inspections

• Responding enquiries and processing applications

• Preparing lease documents

• Arranging maintenances

• Communicating with Rental Providers and Renters

The successful applicant will:

• Good computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Must be fluent in speaking and writing Chinese and English.

• Be thorough, organised and have attention to detail;

• Thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
