Ok Sushi Bowen Hills is hiring a part time Kitchen Hand to join our team as Hot Food section staff. This is an opportunity to be part of a team and learn about sushi making and Japanese cooking.
Key responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for sushi using basic knife skills
Work in the Hot Food section
About you
Knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and culture, or willingness to learn
Basic knife skills to prepare ingredients for sushi
Available either 7am - 11am or 11am - 4pm
Sushi or similar experience welcome
English communication skills
Must have Australian working rights
