Property & Finance Appointment Specialist

About the role

You'll be speaking with warm enquiries and existing contacts who have shown an interest in property, finance and wealth creation. Your job is to understand their situation, ask the right questions, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments for our senior strategy team. This is not a high volume call centre role and it's not about reading from a script and pushing people into appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Speaking with warm leads and existing database contacts

• Building rapport and understanding each person's situation

• Asking the right questions to properly qualify opportunities

• Booking qualified appointments for our senior strategy team

• Following up prospects who aren't ready to book immediately

• Managing your pipeline and keeping accurate records

• Working towards clear appointment and performance targets

• Providing a professional experience from the very first conversation

About you

• Have previous appointment setting experience and a proven track record

• Are confident speaking with people on the phone throughout the day

• Know how to build trust and rapport quickly

• Can ask good qualifying questions rather than simply follow a script

• Are organised and disciplined with follow ups

• Are self motivated and comfortable working towards targets

• Are professional, reliable and take pride in the quality of your work

• Want to learn, improve and grow with the business

• Experience or knowledge within property, finance, mortgages, wealth, banking or real estate will be highly regarded

Benefits

• $55,000 base salary + super

• Generous uncapped commission structure

• Realistic OTE of $80,000 to $110,000+ for high performers
