HR Driver - Front End Lift Driver

We are seeking safety-focused, experienced HR Drivers for ongoing Front Lift and Rear Lift operations. Job Details Location: Coolaroo, VIC Pay Rate: $46.73 per hour + penalties & allowances

Roster: Monday to Friday | Early starts (1:00 AM - 3:00 AM) Shift Duration: 8 to 12 hours per shift Key Responsibilities

Operate Front Lift and Rear lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections. Execute thorough daily pre-start vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance. Navigate designated route schedules efficiently and report any operational delays or access issues.

Maintain clear, proactive communication with dispatch teams and site supervisors. Strictly adhere to all site WHS protocols, hazard identification, and PPE requirements. Requirements & Experience

Prior experience in the Waste Management industry (specifically operating Rear Lift trucks) is highly advantageous and strongly preferred. Current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence. Minimum 6 to 12 months of general HR driving experience.
