About the role
The APS 5 Hostel Manager focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of the hostel and the wellbeing of residents. In this role you will follow established procedures and provide practical support to ensure a safe and structured hostel environment. You will be responsible for managing hostel operations and supporting staff. The role also involves a higher level of responsibility and decision making.

Across our network of hostels, dedicated AHL staff provide accommodation and meals for residents in a culturally safe and supportive environment. We have a strong network of relationships with other organisations, including First Nations organisations. This network both refers residents to AHL and works alongside AHL to support residents to meet their needs.
