Jinning Laboratory provides analytical services for geochemistry and hard rock mining industries including gold, base metal and wet chemical analysis. Our highly experienced and qualified team operate laboratories in Perth and Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

About YOU

We have casual positions available in our Perth lab for people with:

·         Previous laboratory experience an advantage (training provided)

·         Physical capability to undertake sustained, repetitive handling of bulk samples

·         Numerical and literacy skills (understanding of number sequences)

·         Attention to detail

·         Team focussed with a positive and flexible attitude

·         Ability to work shifts (afternoon/night)

About the ROLE

You will prepare mineral samples ready for analysis which includes:

·         receive, sort and label incoming mineral samples

·         drying, crushing, splitting and weighing samples

·         accurately recording data and results

·         following documented work instructions and procedures

·         adherence to health and safety protocols
