• Total package range from $70,085 to $84,346 plus superannuation
• This position operates 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Limited weekend work may be required from time to time to support community programs, events and operational requirements.

What You’ll Be Working On

• As the trusted face of our department, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our community and internal stakeholders.
• Your day-to-day will involve coordination of Mosman Village Community Centre service desks, resolving customer enquiries, program and event bookings, payments and other customer related duties.
• You will support the delivery of community programs and events, including room setup, equipment preparation and pack down, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for participants.
• You will liaise with internal staff to resolve problems, obtain information and action tasks and provide administrative support to the Team Leader Community Centres and Partnerships and other Coordinators at the centre.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service, and high level interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration.
• An understanding of the needs and commitment to assisting people from all ages and backgrounds, in particular older people and people with a disability. You will bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a demonstrated commitment to quality customer service.
• Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders who have varied or competing interests.
• Previous experience in systematic review and implementation of business processes will be highly regarded.
• Please note, this position is subject to a National Police Check undertaken by Council in addition to Council’s standard pre-employment checks.
