An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Radiology to lead the strategic and operational performance of radiology services nationally. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive clinical excellence, workforce optimisation, revenue growth, and profitability across a growing national network of clinics. You will lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, foster collaboration and improve operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will possess significant leadership experience within multi-site healthcare organisations, ideally within radiology or diagnostic imaging environments. Proven experience managing budgets, driving operational improvements, and successfully engaging diverse healthcare stakeholders is essential. Relevant clinical qualifications and professional registration are highly desirable.
