Trade Counter Sales/ Warehousing

We are looking for a skilled Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our team as a committed long‑term member. This permanent full‑time role is based at our Townsville Branch and requires someone who can learn quickly and step confidently into the position.

Monday - Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm | Onsite

About the role

As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Customer service – Assist with enquiries by phone, email and trade counter

• General sales activities – Prepare quotes, invoice accurately and processing orders

• Pick, packing, inventory maintenance

• Warehouse organisation and cleanliness
  

About you:

The successful applicate will have:

• Minimum 2 yeas customer service experience (sales included)

• Previous warehouse experience

• Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• MUST HAVE - Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential)
