Specialising in civil infrastructure, subdivisions, earthworks, and road construction, they are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Estimator to join their management team and drive project growth through accurate tendering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tender submissions for varied civil projects.

• Perform quantity calculations, cost analysis, and constructability assessments.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

• Identify project risks, commercial opportunities, and value engineering options.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project managers throughout the bidding process.

• Facilitate seamless project handovers to the operations team following successful contract awards.
