Ensure bar safety, compliance, and responsible service of alcohol at all times.
Collaborate with waiters to maintain seamless service flow between floor and bar.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated 2-3year experience in quality venues
Strong knowledge and understanding across spirits, cocktails, beers.
Team‑oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to contribute to the evolution of a long‑standing venue.
Current RSA and relevant food safety training
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits:
You’ll be joining an established hospitality group and a professional team that takes pride in what we do.
You’ll be working in a newly renovated space, and within a premium waterfront venue with clear ambition.
Grade 3 hourly rate + strong tips
Ongoing development and growth opportunities
