Wage

• Wage will be paid on a pro-rata basis according to hours worked.

• Week 1: 5 days per week, including Saturday.

• Week 2: 4 days per week.

• This roster will alternate each week on an ongoing basis.

About the role

You'll manage your own portfolio while being supported by a dedicated team that allows you to focus on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Our Leasing Manager provides support with leasing, routine inspections, entry condition reports, and final inspections. This means you'll have more time to concentrate on delivering exceptional customer service and managing your portfolio efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a residential property portfolio

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing arrears and tenancy matters

• Preparing lease renewals and rental reviews

• Ensuring compliance with current legislation

• Providing outstanding customer service and communication

About you

• Has previous Property Management experience

• Holds a current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent)

• Has a current driver's licence

• Is organised and able to manage their time effectively

• Can work autonomously and take ownership of their portfolio

• Is trustworthy, reliable and accountable

• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Enjoys being part of a positive, supportive team
