Goodna - Queen Street Kids Early Learning Centre is a BRAND NEW purpose built and uniquely designed centre that has just opened it's doors. The centre is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and is licensed for 112 places a day across seven beautiful studios, catering for children aged six weeks to six years. Our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry. With its own children's cafeteria, food exploration laboratory, theatre stage and art studio.

At Goodna Kids, we are currently seeking a qualified float educators to join our established team of dedicated professionals.

We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Take pride in the presentation of the centre

• Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children

• MUST hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (or be working towards*)

• MUST be willing to work opens/closes and be flexible with shifts

• Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for children

• Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
