Freelance Designer - Accent Group Vertical Brands

📍 Alexandria, NSW | Freelance / Casual | 1–2 days per week
About The Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Designer to join our Vertical Brands team and support the design process across ODE, Liido, FELLE and Stylerunner the Label.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll work closely with our design and product teams across the full design process — from CAD creation and line sheet updates through to post-fit CAD amendments, tech packs and range review updates.
This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented designer who can work efficiently across multiple brands, styles and deadlines.
What You'll Do
Adjust and update line sheets and CADs, ensuring accuracy across collectionsUpdate CADs following fit sessions, including corresponding tech packs and line sheetsImplement changes following range reviewsCreate new CADs under the direction of the design teamDevelop colour-ups of existing stylesSupport the team with accurate, timely design documentation
What We're Looking For
Fashion design experience within apparel, either agency or in-houseStrong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skillsExperience working with CADs, line sheets and tech packsExcellent attention to detail, particularly across repetitive and detail-heavy workHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlinesComfortable working autonomously while staying closely connected with the wider design teamAvailable 1–2 days per week (approx. 15 hours) on an ongoing basis

Specifying artwork for print productionLaying up stripes for yarn dyes
