Customer Service

About the role

This is a hands-on Customer Service position where no two days are quite the same, working in a busy B2B environment as part of a supportive Customer Service team managing customer enquiries, processing orders and returns, resolving issues and working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Inventory and Accounts teams.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing and amending customer orders accurately
• Checking stock availability and providing backorder and ETA updates
• Tracking deliveries and assisting with freight and courier enquiries
• Processing returns and replacement orders
• Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally
• Providing product, pricing and online ordering support
• Liaising with Warehouse, Sales, Inventory, Accounts and other internal teams
• Providing general Customer Service and administrative support as required

About you

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience – essential
• Previous Customer Service experience, ideally within wholesale, distribution or a similar environment
• Experience processing customer orders within an ERP system
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Confidence resolving customer enquiries and problems
• A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience within the uniform, apparel, wholesale or distribution industry would be highly regarded
