HIFLOW INTEGRATED SERVICES GROUP PTY LTD is a leading multi service offering company with over 150 team members across Australia. We are expanding our Victorian branch and seeking a self-driven Dry Fire/Portables Technician to join our Melbourne team.

This role is for Dry Fire maintenance and reactive works based full time on a static site in Hawthorn.

About the role:

As the dedicated Fire Technicians, you will carry out all fire maintenance, repairs and some minor installation work across a major facility. You will work collaboratively with a team of HVAC and Electrical technicians and apprentices, contributing to the successful delivery of all fire service works from commencement through to completion.

To be successful, you must hold all relevant trade qualifications and licenses required to perform the role.

About you:

• You are reliable

• You are a great communicator and team player

• You are well-presented and professional

• Knowledge of fire maintenance, repairs and fault finding, including troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques

• Strong communication skills with a focus on client relations

• Police check

• Working with children card

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, fault-finding and repairing fire service equipment

• Quote for repairs and replacements

• Support clients and colleagues with technical expertise

• Provide detailed service reports with attention to detail

• Build strong client relationships

• Leading by example as a senior technician

Please note:

• You will be required to pass a national police check and pre-employment medical assessment. 

• Some travel to regional locations will be required.
