Client Relationship Manager

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an operationally and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our Sydney Customer Services department based at Horsley Park, NSW.

This role will primarily involve:

• Managing a set portfolio of clients

• Regular customer contact via telephone, web and face to face

• Internal and external reporting

• Increasing and growing client potential

• Working with all internal stakeholders and vendors

• Providing logistical solutions for freight movements

The successful applicant will have:

•  Experience in a similar account management position or customer services background in a freight forwarding / logistics organization

• Intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly excel, outlook and word

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Be honest and reliable

• Be well presented
