QCCS is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our beautiful nature inspired service, The Woods Early Education Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diploma qualified or Bachelor qualified educator who is passionate about pedagogy, mentoring educators and leading a culture of continuous improvement.

The Woods is proudly rated Exceeding in the National Quality Standard in all seven Quality Areas, and we're looking for someone who is excited to help guide our team on the next stage of our journey towards excellence.
Working alongside our experienced leadership team, you will inspire educators, strengthen teaching practices, support high quality programming and documentation, and help create exceptional learning outcomes for children and families.

The Opportunity: Educational Leader

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Location: Ashgrove
• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
• Compensation: $48 per hour (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

We would love you to have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
• Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
• Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• A current Qld Blue Card
• Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
