Venue Manager - Northern Suburbs (Adelaide)

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Venue Manager to join a successful and growing hospitality group operating established regional venues across South Australia.

This position is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about leading people, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, multi-department venue, including food and beverage, gaming, accommodation, compliance, financial performance, and team leadership.

Salary Package

• $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation
• Negotiable for the right candidate based on experience

About You

You are an experienced Venue Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads by example. You have a strong operational background, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Venue Manager.
• Current RSA, RSG 3 (Gaming Manager's Badge), and RP Badge.
• Extensive hospitality management experience within a multi-department venue.
• Proven success leading and developing large hospitality teams.
• Strong operational knowledge across food & beverage, gaming, accommodation, and venue compliance.
• Extensive food, beverage, and local wine knowledge.
• Experience with accommodation and booking systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional presentation with a hands-on leadership style.
