We are seeking a motivated and community-minded Education Engagement & Attainment Initiative Supervisor (RSAS) to lead a dedicated team focused on improving school attendance, engagement, and educational achievement for First Nations children and young people in Yarralin.
You'll make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and the Yarralin community by helping improve school attendance and educational outcomes.
Lead and empower community-led education initiatives that celebrate local culture, knowledge, and priorities. and be part of a supportive organisation committed to strengthening community wellbeing and investing in the future of young people.
What your day will look like, but are not limited to:Coordinate resources, activities, and initiatives that encourage educational participation and achievement.
Collecting, analysing, and reporting on program data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Supporting community activities that strengthen connections between families, schools, and education providers.
We're looking for a community-minded leader who is passionate about supporting children and young people to succeed through education.
You'll be someone who can build strong relationships, inspire others, and work collaboratively to create positive outcomes for students, families, and the wider community.
You'll have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups and have a sound understanding of community development and a commitment to community-led solutions
You will bring:Experience working with school-aged children and a genuine commitment to improving educational outcomes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with schools, families, community representatives, and stakeholders.
Experience collecting, analysing, and reporting on program data to measure success and drive improvements
