About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Director to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educatorsOversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality StandardsFoster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the communityGuide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosityChampion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan

Your Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education At least 3 years’ experience as a Teacher or Early Learning leaderSound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practiceStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsA commitment to Uniting’s values – Compassionate, Respectful, Bold and ImaginativeCurrent NSW WWCC Check
