About the role

This is a high-impact role with a strong new business focus. You'll lead conversations with prospective clients, understand their goals quickly, build trust early and guide them through a high-quality advice experience. We're looking advisers who can convert opportunity into long-term client relationships and help accelerate Tribeca's next stage of growth.

You will:

• Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships through trust, commercial acumen and a high-quality advice experience

• Lead Discovery and Strategy Appointments that uncover client goals, identify needs, and position tailored financial strategies with confidence

• Own and build momentum in your pipeline, maintaining a strong focus on conversion, client experience and growth outcomes

• Deliver strategic, high-quality financial advice that reflects both technical excellence and genuine care for client outcomes

• Contribute to the continued growth of Tribeca by bringing a high-performance mindset, strong judgement and collaborative approach to the wider team.

About you

You have 5–10 years' experience as a financial adviser, hold the relevant industry qualifications, and care about delivering advice well. You're likely someone who:

• Builds rapport quickly and communicates with clarity and confidence

• Is commercially curious and energised by business growth

• Holds yourself to high standards in advice quality and professional conduct

• Wants to be part of a scaling business — to contribute meaningfully, with ambition and a team behind them.
