We’re a modern Business Advisory firm located in the heart of Bendigo, Djaara Country, with a team of over 100 professionals. We’ve been providing services to Bendigo and surrounds for 80 years and are a proud pillar of the Bendigo community.

Our Graduate or Undergraduates

We are currently seeking Graduate or Undergraduate Accountants to join our Business Services department. As a Graduate Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on a wide range of accounting tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to real-world accounting scenarios, helping you develop the skills needed to excel in your accounting career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents.
• Collaborate with team members to provide valuable insights into clients' financial performance.
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve clients' financial efficiency.
• Gain exposure to various accounting software and tools used in business service

If you’re currently studying or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree we offer permanent roles, with the ability to work full-time, part-time (minimum 3 days per week).

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting principles and practices through a strong academic record.
• Willingness to undergo police check and pre-employment aptitude testing.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Effective teamwork skills, contributing seamlessly within collaborative environments.
• Enthusiastic attitude towards continuous learning and knowledge expansion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
