We are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our dedicated team at Car Beauty Salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and workmanship are consistently met.

This role requires the ability to complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes, regardless of vehicle make or model, while maintaining exceptional quality standards. We value leadership, self-motivation, efficiency, and strong teamwork.

About you:

• Must have a current Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate and Driver's License

• Must have experience working with prestige vehicles

• Must take pride in producing high-quality paintwork

• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality finishes within set timeframes

• Capable of completing assigned tasks efficiently, even when working on different vehicle types

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to identify subtle colour differences

• Excellent hand-eye coordination

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Must have valid working rights in Australia
