Restaurant Manager

About the role

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the successful opening and ongoing performance of Green Cup’s new Perth store. This hands-on leadership role is suited to an energetic and commercially minded hospitality manager who is excited to build a high-performing team and establish Green Cup in a new market.

As we continue to grow, we’re preparing to open our first Perth location. This is an exciting opportunity to join Green Cup at a key stage of our expansion and help bring the brand to a new market.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and develop a high-performing team

• Manage the store’s day-to-day operations

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Manage rosters, wages, stock, ordering and budgets

• Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance

• Monitor key metrics, including wage percentage, productivity and cost of goods

• Maintain Green Cup’s product quality and presentation standards

• Coach and motivate the team to perform at their best

• Ensure compliance with food-safety requirements, workplace policies and company procedures

• Build local brand awareness and establish Green Cup within the Perth community

What we are looking for

• At least two years of experience in a hospitality management or senior leadership role

• Experience in a café, quick-service restaurant or fast-paced food environment

• A proven ability to recruit, lead and develop a strong team

• Experience managing rosters, wages, stock and store performance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A hands-on and proactive leadership style

• A strong focus on customer service, product quality and presentation

• Availability to complete approximately one month of training in Melbourne before the store opens
