Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is going through an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for our store in Carindale!

We are seeking those with a passion for supporting a Store Manager and team as well as delivering amazing customer service, and serving world-class sushi! Our people and our sushi are at the heart of the Sushi Sushi experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide supervision to a team of Sushi Artisans committed to serving up the highest quality product and service for every single customer.

Assistant Manager - Key responsibilities:

• Support and develop a team aligned to the Sushi Sushi values

• Create an environment where the team can deliver the ultimate customer experience, every single time

• Be a key driver in the store’s presentation, product and customer experience

For this role you will need:

• A passion for sushi and the customer experience

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience supervising a team

• Strong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service roles

• Great communication skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in sushi production is preferred but not essential, a willingness to learn is a must

• Full working rights within Australia
