Pay Rate: $38 β $42.00 per hour (depending on and qualifications minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Certificate 4 in Disability)

π‘ Why Join High Hopes?π° Great Pay: $38.00 per hour base rate, with up to $42.00 per hour (casual, inclusive of loading) if you hold a relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services.

Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans.
Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.
Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift.
Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve great outcomes.
At least 8 months of experience in disability or community support.
Experience in both disability and community support is required to demonstrate comprehensive care capabilities.
Candidates may have experience in either disability support or community support to meet the experience requirements.
Strong communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach.
Flexibility, reliability, and availability across both weekdays and weekends.
A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
All of the following must be completed and provided prior to commencement of employment:
Current Australian Working Rights
National Police Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
New Worker NDIS Induction Modules:
Supporting Effective Communication
Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals
Infection Control Training
Current First Aid & CPR Certification
Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum qualification required for this position)
Certificate IV in Disability or a higher qualification.
