• Contour Education: Reshaping how students master their high school subjects with small-group tutoring, structured resources, and 1-on-1 support across Maths, Science, and English.
• Contour Medprep: Reshaping medical preparation with a proven, step-by-step pathway through the UCAT, interviews, and admissions, led by a team of 100+ medical students. 
• Contour TestPrep: Reshaping test preparation, starting with the selective entry exam, through rigorous tutoring, mock exams, and data-driven feedback to give students a decisive advantage.

What You Will Do

• Outbound Leads: Contact interested students and parents via phone, email, and text, share details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks. (This is primarily a B2C outbound calling sales role!)
• Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and text, sharing details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks.
• Drive Enrolments: Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents who have completed free trial weeks, converting interest into enrolments by showcasing the value of Contour’s offerings.
• Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed enrolment goals by managing your pipeline and maximising every opportunity to connect and engage.
• Provide Insights: Share feedback and ideas with the Sales Team Leader to enhance processes and improve conversion rates.

This is a full time, permanent role (38 hours a week) based at our Melbourne CBD campus. Your shifts will fall within our operating hours, weekdays 11am to 9pm and weekends 9am to 5pm. Weekend availability is required, and we're looking for someone who can commit to working across the weekend. Strong commission opportunities are on top of base salary.

What You Will Bring

• Strong communication skills, with the empathy to build real relationships with students and parents.
• Solution-focused, confident addressing concerns and guiding families through a decision rather than pushing them into one.
• Organised under pressure, able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups while staying focused on targets.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and quick to pick up new software (bonus points if you've used HubSpot before!).
• Strong academic record through VCE or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Genuinely student-focused, with a real interest in helping families succeed, not just closing a sale.
• Retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales experience (preferred, not required).
