As a REVL Coach, you'll be responsible for creating an incredible member experience through:

• Coaching high-energy group training sessions

• Building genuine relationships with members

• Helping members stay accountable and achieve results

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Contributing to community events and studio culture

• Supporting member retention and growth

• Upholding the highest coaching and movement standards

• Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Experience coaching group fitness

• Strong communication skills

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport

• Functional fitness coaching experience

• Sales or customer service experience

• Experience building fitness communities

• Leadership experience

• Social media confidence

• Ongoing coaching and professional development

• Clear leadership pathway for the right person
