"Candidates who are pursuing a Master of Clinical Psychology, Master of Health Psychology, or Clinical PhD and are within six (6) months of completing the qualification will be appointed at the AHP1 level and will progress to AHP2 upon successful completion of their qualification and meeting the relevant registration requirements"

About the role
The Provisional Psychologist (AHP1) / Psychologist (AHP2) is responsible and accountable for delivering specialist child and adolescent mental health care to consumers with complex needs and ensuring optimal consumer care. The provision of assessment, education, counselling and group work are considered essential components of care which is directed towards the attainment of optimum consumer health and recovery.
