Property Manager Junior - Residential

We're looking for a Junior Property Manager to join a close-knit residential team known for its stability and expertise, with several team members having been with the business for six or more years. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in property management who is ready to build confidence and develop their career within a well-supported environment.

You'll step into a portfolio of up to 135 properties, with the flexibility to start on a smaller portfolio of around 70 if that better suits your experience level. In the early stages of the role there is limited direct correspondence with owners, giving you the space to build your skills and confidence before taking on more responsibility.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio (starting size tailored to your experience)
• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
• Managing arrears and rental payments
• Using PropertyMe, Inspection Express and IRE to manage daily tasks
• Building strong relationships with tenants and delivering excellent customer service
• Progressively taking on more owner-facing responsibility as your confidence grows

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in a residential property management role
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, essential
• A confident, organised and detail-focused approach
• A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or IRE highly regarded
• Willingness to work a rotating Saturday roster (1 in 3, approx. 9am - 2pm, often finishing earlier)

• Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + Super
